Children in foster care need love and support in order to heal. Hephzibah offers a full spectrum of foster care services for children in need of loving homes. We help children heal and prepare them for the next step in their foster journey, whether it is returning to biological family members, or in an adoptive home. Hephzibah also recruits, trains and supports foster parents who open their homes to children in need.

Parenting Groups

Parenting groups are for the child’s biological family members and are facilitated by a foster care specialist.

In-Home Consultation

Hephzibah staff provide in-home consultation and support services for foster families.

Foster Parent Support Groups

Hephzibah offers support groups for foster parents to network and share information and resources.

Training Sessions

Hephzibah hosts regular foster parent training sessions on topics including positive discipline and educational advocacy.

Private Consultations

Private consultations are available to help foster parents facing the challenges of parenting children traumatized by neglect and abuse.

Hephzibah Foster Parent Advisory Board

Hephzibah’s Foster Parent Advisory Board meets regularly to explore and recommend ways to improve the foster care experience for children in care, foster families and Hephzibah Children’s Association.
