We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The assistant will support our financial team to ensure accuracy and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This is a full-time entry level position that will report to the Finance Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial record maintenance, keeping organized and up to date records.
  • Provide support in the day-to-day finance administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in AP/AR with filing, data entry, data review, and organization.
  • Assist with data compilation for grants.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ accounting experience or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
