Full-time position is available in the Foster Care Program to provide departmental support services related to file compliance. The Compliance Specialist will track and monitor regulatory requirements for all Foster Care case files, establish and maintain case auditing quality assurance structures and systems to maintain compliance with the Department of Children and Family Services, Medicaid, and the Council on Accreditation.
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated abilities and experience in quality improvement, quality assurance, and evaluation activities.
- Experience in a social services agency or child welfare agency is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise discretion and judgment in dealing with colleagues.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
