Our Leadership

Merry Beth Sheets has 30 years of management and clinical experience in the mental health field. Prior to joining Hephzibah, she served as executive director of Chicago Services for Rosecrance Health Network; vice president for clinical services and quality assurance for Pillars; and in management and clinical positions with Presence Health, Ray Graham Association for People with Disabilities, IEP Youth Services, and the Greater Trenton Community Mental Health Center. Ms. Sheets is a licensed clinical professional counselor and holds a master’s degree in behavioral analysis and therapy from Southern Illinois University. She holds a certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.
