Membership Levels:
Active Members1. Attend at least 5 meetings throughout the year.2. Serve as a member or chairperson of a committee or board at large position.3. Support all of the Auxiliaries major fundraisers.

A previous active member who is unable to participate in activities and services, but who wishes to support HCA.
