Hephzibah is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services as a Child Welfare Agency, Group Home, and Child Care Institution.

Accreditation

Hephzibah is accredited by the National Council on Accreditation (COA) for Children and Family Services, Inc. in New York. We’re also accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA).
