Intact Caseworker: Full-time

Full-time Caseworker position is available in the Family-Based Services Program to provide services for children and families in our Intact Family Services Program. The Caseworker’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, assessing, planning, and implementing recommended services and preparing written reports and service plans for families. 

Requirements include: 

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field. 
• Previous experience in a child welfare agency is preferred. 
• Child Welfare Licensure desired. 
• Spanish speaking preferred. 
• Valid IL driver’s license and ability to do home visits in various communities. 
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies. 
• Sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences in the staff and client population.
