Intake & Licensing Supervisor: Full-time

We are accepting applications for a full-time intake and licensing supervisor position in the Family-Based Services Program. This position supervises intake and placement of youth in foster care with foster families. This position also supervises recruiting, licensing, monitoring, training, and supportive services of foster families.  

• A master’s degree in social work or a related field is required. 
• Previous experience in foster care services is required. 
• CWEL certification required. 
• Rule 402 licensure required. 
• Must have a valid IL driver’s license.  
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies. 
• Sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences in the staff and client population.
