The Hephzibah Home residential program is seeking full-time supervisors to provide supervision and mentoring to childcare staff and direct service to the children in a structured therapeutic setting. The position is 40 hours a week with flexible shifts: AM, PM, and Overnights.
Requirements include:
- Experience working with children required
- Experience supervising staff desired
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Decision making and judgment skills
- Valid IL driver’s license and safe driving record
- Sensitivity and responsiveness to the cultural differences in the staff and client population
