During the entire month of October, the creative BBQ joint donates $3 for every 3 Big Piggies “sangwich” sold to Hephzibah Children’s Association. Handcrafted by Executive Chef and Food network star Jeff Mauro, the 3 Big Piggies “Sangwich” is the ultimate Porker – featuring smoked pulled pork, crispy port, Pig Candy, BBQ mayo, tempura-fried giardiniera, lettuce and tomato, on griddled brioche.

Pork & Mindy’s is a creative BBQ concept led by Founder Kevin Corsello and Executive Chef and Food Network star Jeff Mauro. together, they began shaping a vision for a brand that, at its core, would satisfy “the holdy grail” of experiences and do what food, music and art has always done: bring people together.
