Hephzibah kids had a blast this holiday season and gained happy memories that will last a lifetime. We are so grateful to the numerous caring, generous individuals and organizations whose contributions made the holidays truly special for our kids. The children at Hephzibah Home enjoyed an outpouring of special holiday surprises including a private party at the Carleton Hotel Oak Park with Santa, special holiday meals, visits from the Berwyn Fire Department, and a parade and visit from the motorcycle-riding Blue Saints LC MC – not to mention presents, oh so many presents!
We are so grateful to all our incredible holiday donors! Your effort allowed us to distribute over 3,000 presents making the season bright for 446 children – including children living at Hephzibah Home, children in foster care and their siblings, children whose families are being supported by our Intact Family Services and some of the children in our Day Care program.
At Hephzibah we pride ourselves on not only offering essential care and support for children and families – but being able to go above and beyond for everyone we serve. This holiday season was a record breaker, and we owe it completely to our generous holiday supporters. Whether you shopped from a wish list, visited a local toy store, contributed to your workplace or school toy drive, decorated the home with holiday lights, sponsored meals, or even delivered Christmas breakfast dressed as Santa, we are grateful.
