Not only was this year’s At Home With Hephzibah Gala event our first (and perhaps only) virtual celebration, but it was our most successful fundraising event, generating more than $285,000 plus a generous $200,000 anonymous match to support the critical programming that serves more than 1,400 vulnerable children and families each year.
Funds raised from this year’s event will:
- Help aid the healing and recovery of children like 3-year-old Noah who was born exposed to drugs and endured 18 months of unimaginable abuse and neglect before coming to Hephzibah.
- Support families like the Johnsons who, in the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic, are struggling to adequately care for physical and medical needs of their six young children.
- Provide for the ongoing e-learning and educational support that the 26 children residing in Hephzibah Home need as they continue their long, difficult healing journey.
