The Administrative Supervisor provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Family-Based Services Program Director and management team. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, maintaining records and reporting systems, managing data tracking and project logistics, supporting office operations, and assisting with the planning and execution of special events. The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling and analyzing data, and preparing reports to support program performance, compliance, and informed decision-making. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient workflow, organizational effectiveness, and clear communication across the department while supporting program goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements include:
- Associate degrees in business or related field preferred but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a child welfare facility
- Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs, compiling data, and preparing performance reports.
- Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and office machines.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, parents, parents, volunteers, board members, donors, and the public.
- Requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
- Ability to use good judgment, discretion, and tact in dealing with staff, clients, parents, volunteers, board members, donors, and the public.
