On-site at Oak Park public schools
The Day Care Program is accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year for individuals to care for and supervise 5- to 11-year-old children in the Hephzibah After-School Day Care program at Oak Park Public Schools. The days and hours are Monday-Friday 2:30-6:00 pm with an early start on Wednesdays. May work additional hours on school holidays and attend meetings. Duties include planning and supervising arts and crafts, indoor & outdoor play, games, sports, snack time, homework help, and more. The program starts in mid-August for the 2026-27 school year.
Requirements include:
- Experience working with children
- Sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences in the staff and client populations
