Applications are being accepted for a full-time Clinical Coordinator in the Clinical Services Program. The position provides clinical supervision and guidance to case workers, internal therapists, and interns. Assists the Director of Clinical Services with the planning and implementation of clinical services for children, while serving as the agency’s compliance monitor for all Medicaid services in compliance with the Department of Children and Family Services, and state and federal guidelines.

Requirements include: 

  • Master’s degree and licensing in social work (LCSW) or Clinical psychology /counseling (LCPC) required, or the selected candidate must obtain the appropriate licensure within 6-12 months of hire.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Previous experience in managing Medicaid behavioral healthcare.
  • Valid IL driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and to work effectively with staff, children, parents, clients, students, oversight agencies, and the public.
  • Requires good judgment and decision-making skills, high ethical standards, and strong operational focus.
  • Commitment to children and families and agency core values, including commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture free of discrimination.
