Junior Western Auxiliary Fun Run

The Westie Juniors are following in the philanthropic footsteps of the Western Auxiliary Board by hosting their inaugural event to support Hephzibah and our programs. These second-generation Hephzibah volunteers are inspired by the spirit of volunteerism they have observed in their mentor board, made up of their parents, and have inherited their desire to help the children of Hephzibah. “Our kids grew up with Hephzibah in their lives” according to Penny Latta, Western Auxiliary member and the force behind the creation of the junior board.

Not only are these young adults motivated by the altruistic actions of their parents, they have become youthful inspirations themselves by engaging in charitable actions and encouraging their peers to do the same. We are grateful and proud of this next generation of Westies who have pledged to raise awareness and funds for Hephzibah.

Come and show your support for this energetic group of young philanthropists. Bring your family, your friends and your neighbors for a morning of games, races and tons of fun!
